Design Process

Our Projects are built on a development plan which we have divided into four phases.

Client Consultation:
The first meeting with our client, will help us gain a better knowledge of their business processes and business goals. This consultation will assist our development team to create a clear and concise design brief for the upcoming project.

Concept Design:
By gathering sufficient information from the client consultation, our designers create a visual representation of the project. The client’s feedback is a major factor in this step and they are closely involved with the concept design before moving to the next phase. We insist on client involvement, and design approval before continuation of the project.

Project Production:
Once a design has been approved by the client, the project production can begin. This phase involves the construction of the project. Each page built, populated with content & imagery that has been previously approved and sent by the client. Again, client feedback is crucial at this point of the project. Clients are updated regularly and can view the overall progress of the web site.

Project Publication:
Once created, optimized, & populated with the acquired information and imagery, the project is due to be published. Before it goes live, both the designers and client review the project in detail to ensure complete satisfaction with the final product. Once the client confirms their approval the project is published on the internet.
